When I reached out to customer service they were super understanding and sent another while also giving me a little discount for my troubles. The discount wasn't necessary with the quick and kind response but it was a nice little touch. Though I love the pillow, I am not satisfied with your customer service. I know that times are tough and shipping can be an issue but I paid extra money for 2 day shipping and it took 9 days to arrive at my door. It seemed to sit in Buena Vista California for 7 days before it shipped out. It would have been nice to have heard from your end about the delay. Feeling a little disappointed. I will probably not buy from you again because of this issue.
