I had preordered this item and received an email that said it would be shipped out by mid September. I had not heard anything by the first week of October and reached out to email them. They said they would ship it out that week. I did receive a notification that it had been shipped out. The package was finally in transit a week later and arrived very quickly after that. My only advice to this company would be to make sure that their customers are in the loop when there is any delays in shipment.
Overall, the product is well made and was actually a little bigger than I was expecting it to be which I am glad about. It is absolutely adorable in my Hawaiiana themed bedroom and is super soft! I would recommend this to any plant lovers like myself!

The “preorder” said it would be shipped near the end of August I believe. Then it apparently changed without my knowledge to mid-September. However it wasn’t until mid October that the pillow was even shipped. I’m sure there was a reason to somewhat explain this but I can’t understand how it takes 4 months to ship a pillow..
